We invite you to join us in Mount Dora, Florida at the Regional Symposium on October 5, 2019, at the Mount Dora Yacht Club. Thank you Mount Dora Yacht Club for hosting this event.
Attending a Regional Symposium provides you the opportunity to come together and share ideas while tackling the challenges facing the sailing community. The event is sponsored by our partners at Gowrie Group and Zim Sailing. US Sailing’s Compliance Manager Justin Sterk is the moderator for the event and brings his legal background and compliance expertise to share. Topics up for discussion include on-water safety, off-water engagement, fleet/facility maintenance, and much more. Throughout the day you also engage with participants and join in on small group discussions. Tickets for US Sailing members are $10 ($25 for non-members) which includes coffee and lunch.
Additionally, there may be instructor certification courses following the event to fill your whole weekend with professional development opportunities and knowledge to bring back to your club or organization.
