Proposed Bill (SB1262) would impact youth boating in Florida

Your Florida Sailing Association, together with US Sailing, seek a Call to Action from our colleagues and from our communities:

Florida Senator Farmer has proposed legislation {SB1262} that would negatively impact youth sailing and boating for those under the age of 16. ALL sailing organizations, associations, yacht clubs, Class Associations, summer rec programs/camps, high school sailing teams/clubs, and community boating programs have a vested interest in responding to the proposed legislation in a timely manner.
